Payment
We do not ship outside the U.S. On our website, we accept payments through credit cards.
Shipping
We do not ship outside the U.S. All shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Shipping rates apply to orders within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. All orders are typically shipped within 24 business hours unless you are notified otherwise. All orders addressed for delivery to the United States of America are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground or Private Carrier and take between 2 to 6 business days to arrive. Hawaii/Alaska and PO Box orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and generally take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
An order totaling less than $99 will be charged $10 for shipping. An order totaling more than $99 will be charged $0 for shipping.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to other states will be charged sales tax according to Oklahoma Tax Commission regulations and laws.
Return Policy
If you wish to make a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the order. Requests must be made by emailing: info@flourishnutraceuticals.com with either your order number or full billing name and purchase/order date.
All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or manufacturer’s defect. Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being returned or the return shipment may be refused.
All performance or product expectations are done verbally or in writing with the customer and do not exceed the manufacturer’s specs.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
All refund amounts will be based on the manufacturer’s warranty and return policy, and Flourish’s return policies. Refunds will be issued using the payment method you used when you placed your order. Refunds take up to 7 business days to process once we receive the return.
All returns due to customer “change of heart” are subject to refund minus shipping to the customer.
All returned products must be unopened and in reasonable condition for resale.
Returned orders without an RMA that fall within the return policy of both the manufacturer and Flourish Nutraceuticals will be subject to a refund minus shipping both ways.
Returned orders without an RMA that do not fall within the return policy of either Flourish Nutraceuticals or the manufacturer will be issued no refund and customers will be contacted to arrange a return shipment for them or the package may be refused upon delivery to Flourish Nutraceuticals.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for any item provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our shipping department. However, you can return the item for a refund as described in Shipping & Returns.
Refuse Shipment
If an item is refused upon delivery at no fault of Flourish Nutraceuticals the customer will be charged a 10% restock fee. Flourish cannot be liable for the shipping charges if the item is refused before delivery.
Damage Claims
All damage claims on deliveries must be made within 5 days of arrival to customer’s home or business.
